Move With the Room was a performance in October and November 2016 treating Hectoliter as a blank canvas and a fluid space. Starting with nothing more than white walls and their breath, Jonas (guitar) and Kaspar Aus (choreography) explored Belgium and brought found objects and field recordings back to the gallery for live improvised performances during the gallery’s full opening hours. The work was lived in a very concentrated way. Boundaries broke down and energy built up, creating unexpected results.
